Print and web presence for Labor Berlin - Charité Vivantes GmbH
Together with Labor Berlin, we developed the new cross-media external communication of the first subsidiary of Charité and Vivantes Hospital in an interdisciplinary team of doctors, marketing experts and staff from the human resources department.
Based on the Labor Berlin brand strategy and basic user needs, the new analogue and digital brand presence combines the user and brand perspectives. A coordinated combination of central Novamondo disciplines, such as strategy, UX conception and UI design, was used in the development of the new corporate design. In this way, we ensured that the external communication and interactions on the website are relevant to the users and at the same time unique and have a high recognition value. To support the users, a chat bot is available on the website around the clock, which provides quick answers to the most urgent questions and was developed by us in cooperation with the agencyWebfox GmbH.
