It reflects the diverse and familiar corporate culture and positions the company as an employee-oriented and attractive employer.

Career Website with an Individual Approach
As part of the employer branding concept for Cofinpro, we have developed a career website that is geared to the different types of applicants. The target group were identified in qualitative interviews and are reflected in specific features of the website as well as in individual content. This not only creates proximity to the people addressed, but also an optimal content alignment for the search engine (SEO).

With Cofinpro we develop an employer branding concept that puts the people-oriented corporate culture in the foreground. On this basis, we develop a recruiting campaign that addresses the individual needs behind the individual job profiles and expresses these through distinctive headlines and illustrations.
The result is a tailor-made approach that is being used in advertisements, banners, at the trade fair stand of Cofinpro and in numerous print and online media. The campaign has a direct impact and provides Cofinpro with a large number of new applicants in a very short time.
