A new print and web design for Labor Berlin
Together with the Labor Berlin team, we are developing the new cross-media external communication of the first subsidiary of Charité and Vivantes. The Labor Berlin brand combines the expertise of both institutions.
The aim of Labor Berlin is to follow innovative paths in laboratory diagnostics and to provide patients with the highest quality services. In the centre of Berlin, all 9 specialist areas are united under one roof.
As part of the redesign of the website, a user analysis was carried out within the UX phase, the most important target groups and their information needs were analysed in co-creative and participative workshops and recorded in the form of personas. In comparison with these results and a user story map, a navigation and structure concept was developed and a new information architecture for the website was created.
Overall, the new brand identity is characterised by the interplay of aesthetics and function with a strong focus on the target group of applicants. The website is still in the technical implementation phase and will be launched soon. The new print design was first visible with the invitation to the 2020 Capital Symposium. Other print media are currently being implemented.
